Dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days metro, 5–8 business days regional. Freight items (racks, smith machines, plate sets) may take 2–3 days longer.
Freight is delivered kerbside — please arrange help to move heavy items once they arrive.
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus return shipping. Faulty items are covered at no cost to you.Â

Frames are covered for 2 years, cables and moving parts for 6 months, and upholstery and grips for 3 months against manufacturing defects.
Covers normal home use only — not commercial use or damage from incorrect assembly. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Follow the assembly manual supplied with the unit. If floor fixing is recommended for your setup, use fixings rated for your floor type.
How much space should I allow?
Allow clearance around the frame for full range of movement as well as the footprint itself. Confirm the assembled dimensions above before you commit to a space.
Does it come assembled?
No. The unit ships flat-packed and requires assembly. We recommend two people for the build.
