Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days to metro areas and 5–8 business days to regional areas.

Larger items — racks, smith machines and plate sets — ship by freight and can take an extra 2–3 days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Equipment arrives flat-packed with full instructions and all required hardware included. Most racks and benches take 1–2 hours to assemble with two people.

We don't currently offer a paid in-home assembly service.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the cost of return freight.

If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, we cover the cost of the repair, replacement or refund — that's separate from this policy and always free.

Frames are covered for 2 years, and cables, pulleys and other moving parts for 6 months. Upholstery and grips are covered for 3 months against manufacturing defects.

Warranty covers normal home use only — it doesn't cover commercial use or damage from incorrect assembly. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we can never exclude.
