Adjusting the backrest changes which part of the chest and shoulders does the work, so one bench covers flat pressing, incline work and decline movements, plus a stable base for dumbbell and cable exercises.

Dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days metro, 5–8 business days regional. Freight items (racks, smith machines, plate sets) may take 2–3 days longer.
Freight is delivered kerbside — please arrange help to move heavy items once they arrive.
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus return shipping. Faulty items are covered at no cost to you.

Frames are covered for 2 years, cables and moving parts for 6 months, and upholstery and grips for 3 months against manufacturing defects.
Covers normal home use only — not commercial use or damage from incorrect assembly. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
