How do I choose the right setup?

Start with three things: ceiling height, floor space, and how you like to train.

If you mostly barbell — squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press — a power rack with a bench and plates covers everything, and it's the cheapest route into serious loading.

If you train alone and want to push heavy sets without a spotter, a smith machine or functional trainer gives you built-in safety plus cable work in the same footprint.

Starting from scratch? Our home gym packages bundle rack, bench and weights together and work out cheaper than buying the pieces separately.

Do you offer payment plans?

Available options appear at checkout once you've entered your delivery details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped, we can usually change the delivery address, swap an item, or cancel it — email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Once it's left the warehouse we can't recall it, and it falls under our returns policy instead.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within [X] business days. After that, delivery usually takes [X–X] business days to metro areas and [X–X] to regional.

Larger items — racks, smith machines, plate sets — ship by freight and can take [X] days longer. You'll get tracking by email once your order ships.

Do you deliver to my area?

Will it be brought inside?

Freight deliveries are kerbside — the driver unloads to your driveway or the front of your property. They don't carry items inside, upstairs, or into a garage.

Assembly & Setup

Is assembly included?

Equipment arrives flat-packed for self-assembly, with instructions and all required hardware in the box.

How much space do I need?

Check three measurements before you buy:

Footprint — assembled dimensions are on every product page under Specifications.
Clearance — allow roughly 60–90cm on any side you'll load plates or walk around.
Ceiling height — the one most people miss. You need headroom to press overhead and to do pull-ups from the rack, not just clearance for the frame itself.

What tools are required?

All required tools are supplied in the box.

A second pair of hands, a rubber mallet and a socket set will make assembly considerably faster, though none are essential.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty is included?

Warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal home use. It doesn't cover wear items, commercial use, or damage caused by incorrect assembly.

This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we can't exclude.

What is your returns policy?

Faulty items are different. If something arrives faulty or fails within warranty, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Something arrived damaged. What now?

Photograph the damage — including the packaging — before unpacking any further, then email us your order number and the photos.

Freight damage is usually quick to resolve, but we need those photos to claim against the carrier. Please don't dispose of the box until it's sorted.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes. Send us your order number with a photo or description of the part and we'll check availability and pricing.

If the part failed within the warranty period it's replaced free — see the warranty answer above.
